Ordering is simple and easy. You can order 24/7 on our website at www.NaturesOneDirect.com or by calling us at 1-888-227-7122 weekdays between 9:00am and 4:00pm EST.
If you wish to place an order through the website, browse for products by using the "Shop Here" navigation bars at the top of the web pages. There is a "Quick Shop" feature under the "Shop Here" bar that allows you to quickly select a variety of products from just one page.
Alternatively, you can locate products by entering key words in the "Search" tool. The Search tool is available on all web pages, located just below the top navigation bars.
Once you are ready to make a purchase, simply enter the quantity and then click the "Add Items to Cart" button. If you have not created an account or logged in during this session, you will then be prompted to do so. This will identify you as a new or existing customer.
During the Checkout process, simply enter your shipping address, credit card information (via a secure payment process) and confirm your order. Most shipments will arrive within 2-5 business days!
Changing Quantities on Checkout Page
If you need to clear the quantities in the checkout page, it is necessary to click on the cancel button located at the bottom of that page. The cancel button will clear the quantities currently stored on the page and take you back to the view cart page where you can make any revisions to your order. Please do not use the back arrow key located at the top left of the page for this purpose. By using the back arrow key, it is simply taking you from the page you are currently on back to the previous page. It will not clear any information already stored on those pages.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please call us Toll Free: 1-888-227-7122. Office hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm EST. To make any changes to an order after it has been submitted, please call us Toll Free: 1-888-227-7122. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or change the order. Please refer to our return policy if you need to return any unopened products to us.
Please note: Coupon codes cannot be added to orders after the order has been submitted.
Order Confirmation or Status Update
Once your order is submitted and confirmed, print out the order confirmation page. We will send an email confirming your order to the email address you provided during the ordering process. If you do not receive an email confirmation from us with the specifics of your order, we did not receive your order and it will be necessary to resubmit your order.

Price Match Guarantee Policy
Price Match Guarantee applies to Nature’s One® products delivered in the USA: Baby’s Only Organic® formulas, PediaSmart® nutrition beverage, PediaVance® electrolyte solution & Baby’s Only Essentials® supplements.
To Submit a Price Match Request:
1. Click on the Price Match link that is also located on the home page.
2. Fill out the price match request form (the total cost of the item, product price and related shipping costs, are required).
3. Once submitted, you will receive a price match verification code. This code will need to be inserted into the comments box on the checkout page when you place your order.
4. After we receive your price match request, we will verify the information through the competitor website. We will then send you an email confirmation that indicates whether your price match request has been approved or declined.
5. Once approved, you should submit your order. While processing your order, we will adjust the price and shipping fees to match the competitor’s offer.
Policy for Price Match Guarantee:
1. Proof of lower price must be available at the same time the price match is submitted.
2. The exact product must be available and in-stock on a competitor's retail website at the same time a price match is submitted.
3. Only current retail prices on a website are accepted. Previous prices and expired offers are excluded.
4. Price match requests must be submitted with each order.
5. The price match must include additional fees such as shipping charges. We only match shipping costs for delivery services we provide.
6. Once approved and processed, revisions cannot be made to the price match submitted.
7. A price match cannot be submitted or applied to an order that has already been shipped.
8. We do not combine our offers (ie. coupons, free shipping) with a price match from a competitor.
9. Price guarantees only apply to internet retailers, not retail stores.
10. Excluded websites: auction websites, resale websites (i.e., EBay), third-party provider websites (i.e., Amazon), international websites or websites not authorized to sell the product.
11. Special retailer programs/offers are excluded: coupons, rewards programs, cash back offers, affiliate programs.
12. Membership & Subscription Pricing is excluded: Memberships such as Sam’s Club or Costco & "Subscribe and Save".
