Need something to give your kids more reason to be eating fruit? Try our delicious PediaSmart® Vanilla Fruit Dips! This recipe is quick and easy for you and your kids to have fun making together. With just a few ingredients, you'll have a ready-to-serve super healthy fruit dip. We have two versions for you - dairy or dairy-free!
PediaSmart® is a delicious, organic beverage/breakfast supplement that offers a complete range of nutrients for children who need additional calories. PediaSmart® can also be used as a meal replacement.

PediaSmart® Dairy Vanilla Fruit Dip Recipe
Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Yields: 5 servings (2 ounces each)
Ingredients:
- 8-9 ounce container of whipped topping (dairy or non-dairy)
- 6 scoops of PediaSmart® Dairy Vanilla
- 1 to 2 ounces of pineapple juice
- Fruit of choice, cut into bite-size pieces
PediaSmart® Soy Vanilla Fruit Dip Recipe
Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Yields: 5 servings (2 ounces each)
Ingredients:
- 9 ounce container of So Delicious® Dairy Free Cocowhip™ Coconut Whipped Topping (Can be purchased at Whole Foods!)
- 6 scoops of PediaSmart® Soy Vanilla
- 1 to 2 ounces of pineapple juice
- Fruit of choice, cut into bite-size pieces
Directions:
- Combine whipped topping and PediaSmart® Vanilla in a bowl
- Add pineapple juice until dip is smooth and mixed together
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
