Subscription Plan Terms and Conditions

With Nature’s One Subscribe and Save program (the “Subscription Program”), you can choose to get your order on a Bi-Weekly, Monthly, or Bi-Monthly basis. 6-pack and 12-pack case(s) are the only product quantities that are eligible for a subscription order. There is no fee to subscribe and you will automatically receive a 5% discount when placing a subscription order; no coupon code is needed.

By registering in the Subscription Program, you acknowledge and agree to pay, via the payment options provided on the Nature’s One website, the initial cost of your product purchase. Thereafter, you agree to pay a recurring payment for each subsequent order based on the renewal term you selected (i.e., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). If you choose to subscribe, you will continue to receive your product order on the automatic basis you selected until you cancel your subscription pursuant to these Terms. You accept all responsibility for recurring charges prior to cancellation of your subscription. If your debit or credit card cannot be charged for any reason, you will not receive your order for that subscription period.

We cannot combine discounts. If you currently receive a discount due to your enrollment in a discount group (Multi-Birth, Military, Medical Hardship, Healthcare Professional), or have a coupon code, and wish to subscribe, you will only receive the 5% discount associated with the subscription program.

You can change your product, order frequency, update your payment method, update your shipping address (must be from within your subscription settings), apply coupon, choose to "Ship Now" (Cannot "Ship Now" 24 hours before or after your subscription's scheduled ship date) or cancel any time from within your account settings.
